Unfortunately Sofas are not yet available in Scotland.

We do this to keep our product prices as low and as transparent as possible. Typically, companies who offer free delivery tend to have higher prices for similar purchases. After all, the cost for the delivery has to be borne somewhere. We choose to itemise delivery separately.

Even including delivery we are still considerably cheaper than equivalent products from someone offering free delivery.

We use a carefully selected, reliable third party for all of our deliveries. We do not make a profit from this service.

It can take up to 20-25 consecutive days following receipt of order. All web orders are made to order. Please Note that in the run up to Christmas these lead times will be longer. We will advertise ahead of time a last guaranteed date for a pre-Christmas delivery.

No we don't do this. We believe in being transparent - we never increase the price of a product and pretend we are offering free delivery.

Our 2-man service deliver to the room of your choice. 1-man deliveries (headboard only) is a doorstep only service.

We will attempt a delivery up to 3 times, if there is still no one available after the third attempt, product will be returned to us and you will need to arrange a new delivery by calling Customer Services on01225 779103. Please note that we will have to charge a second delivery cost in this event.
