Delivery options

Having ordered through this website, you will need to have your online purchase delivered, unless you have selected click-&-collect..

Once you've placed and paid for your order online, including the delivery cost, you will receive an automated email to the email address you supplied - please check your junk email folder to make sure it hasn't gone astray.

The confirmation email will show your order, together with your unique order number which you should keep safe and refer to in any correspondence.

Our partner delivery team will contact you prior to the delivery to confirm the details, and agree a delivery schedule with you, ensuring a smooth process. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the specified time window.

We will attempt a delivery up to 3 times, if there is still no one available after the third attempt, product will be returned to us and you will need to arrange a new delivery by calling Customer Services on 01225 779103. Please note that we will have to charge a second delivery cost in this event.

In the meantime if you have any questions or need to discuss your order, please call our Customer Service team on 01225 779103 between 9.30am-4.45pm Monday - Thursday, 9.30am-1.45pm Friday.

Please note: we are currently unable to dispose of / recycle your old mattress or base. Please contact your local council for advice.
