We can create any size or shape to you own specifications. We have a wide range of foam types to cover a variety of needs. Simply fill in the form below for a quote. Please use the file uploader if you have a diagram, this must include measurements.

If you are replacing foam to fit into existing covers, always measure the covers and not the old foam. Measure your covers from corner to corner along the seams, pulling the cover taught to get a good fit. If your cover has a piped edge measure between the piping. It is always best to measure the front and the back of each cover as some cushions can can vary in width from front to back. If this is the case please specify in the Any Further Information box below.

What are Dacron & Stockinette?

Dracron foam wrap

Dacron Wrap

A comfy polyfibre layer which wraps raw foam, and adds an extra bit of plump. Also creates an even, manageable overall shape ideal to insert into fabric outers. Reduces wrinkling. Ideal when used with Stockinette.

Stockinette foam wrap

Stockinette

The perfect solution to wrapping and using unwieldy foam. Makes it easy to fit within outer covers and helps maintain an even, overall surface. Also ideal when partnered with Dacron.

A comfy and practical combination for insertion into covers - particularly when an exact, even result is preferred. Easy to use, for great longer lasting results.
